Here we took a 1939 28ft Hacker Craft built by the penny pack boat company. extended it 4ft, closed up the first cockpit to make a longer front deck. The second cock pit is now the first cockpit and we narrowed that up. The original third cockpit we kept and added the steering to the second cockpit. Then added another cockpit behind that creating a gentleman's racer. To do this redesign we removed all old deck, deck support, deck bows and transom. Then replaced with all new wood for the deck bows, and deck planking. We changed the interior and bottom color from burgundy to green. Finished all new decks and refinished the sides. We originally planned on putting twin V-8's attached to one another we had it somewhat together and a customer wanted to buy it and decided to put on V-12 WW2 Allison aircraft engine.
